Tui không nghĩ Persona có thể trụ lâu, 3 hoặc 4 tuần trong top 20. Còn 3D Land, Monster và Kart vẫn sẽ thay phiên nhau trong top 10 và 20, cứ hy vọng giả thuyết "số máy 3DS mà bán ra nhiều thì các game 3DS cũ cũng được hưởng sái" là đúng.

Pokemon Black & White 2 đạt 1.6 triệu bản trong tuần đầu (2 ngày)

Enterbrain và Famitsu vừa công bố kết quả doanh số của Pokemon Black & White 2 trong tuần đầu tiên. Trò chơi đã tiêu thụ hết 1.618.621 bản trong tuần đầu tiên phát hành. Vì phát hành vào thứ bảy nên "tuần" ở đây thực chất chỉ là 2 ngày.

Với con số này, Black & White 2 đã trở thành phiên bản Pokemon đứng thứ ba về sức mạnh khi ra mắt (so với các game trên DS). Đây cũng là game đầu tiên đạt con số 1 triệu bản bán ra trong năm nay, trên bất kỳ hệ máy nào.

Game tiêu thụ nhanh nhất của DS đương nhiên vẫn là Black & White (bản 1) khi mà tựa game này đã điên cuồng lao vào vòng tay người hâm mộ với 2.637.285 bản cũng chỉ trong hai ngày đầu tiên.

Enterbrain và Famitsu tiếp tục chia sẻ những số liệu về thị trường nội địa Nhật Bản trong nữa đầu năm 2012, tính từ 26/12/2011 đến 24/6/2012. Đây là lần đầu tiên trong vòng hai năm qua, thị trường game Nhật Bản có dấu hiệu khởi sắc, doanh thu năm sau cao hơn năm trước.

Tổng doanh thu phần cứng và phần mềm ước tính đạt 193,4 tỷ Yên, tăng 0,7% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái (191,98 tỷ Yên). Doanh thu tăng chủ yếu đến từ khu vực phần mềm, còn lượng phần cứng bán ra vẫn trong tình trạng giảm sút, chỉ đạt 70,73 tỷ Yên (năm 2011 là 79,81 tỷ Yên).

Sự gia tăng doanh thu từ phần mềm game khá tốt, đạt 9,4% cùng 122,67 tỷ Yên so với 112,17 tỷ Yên năm 2011.

Trong sáu tháng đầu năm 2012, Nintendo 3DS dẫn đầu về lượng máy bán ra với 2,22 triệu máy, bỏ xa vị trí thứ hai của PS3 với 695,5 ngàn máy.
