MPlayer CE là một chương trình media dành cho Wii do Team Twiizers đã kết hợp hai homebrew MPlayerWii và GeeXboX lại. Chương trình hỗ trợ play video cũng như dvd [tất nhiên cần cài dvdx trước] có hỗ trợ phụ đề. Ngoài ra thì film dung lượng lớn định dạng HD-DVD Rip cũng có thể chạy mà không gặp vấn đề gì (đã test 720p rip dung lượng 3GB chạy tốt - chỉ load lúc đầu hơi chậm) :> Trong quá trình chạy không bị crash như các soft khác. Ngoài ra chương trình cũng cập nhật khá đều đặn nên tương lai hứa hẹn sẽ là cổng giải trí số 1 cho Wii :D

Cài đặt:

Xả nén ra sau đó copy vào thư mục apps (tuyệt đối ko dc đổi tên thư mục xả nén vì chương trình thiết lập mặc định các file config nằm trong đó rồi).

    * Files now first analyse, followed by cache, as cache was emptied on analysing previously so now you'll see cache filling later.
    * Improved audio/video internet cache, detects if it is a internet stream, if it's a radio stream then initial cache fill is small.
    * Optimizing memory access suggestion from Shagkur, cache thread is now more stable.
    * A8 patch added for DVD playback in cIOS202 to avoid problems with old ModChips.
    * Improved libfat and fix for special characters.
    * Using latest Libfat to prevent possible corruption on sd.
    * Improved USB hotplug and dvd detection, echi module modified for more compatability with usb devices.
    * Can now mount any fat partition, shouldn't matter if partition is set as primary or activated.
    * Now has real fat32 limit therfore can now play larger files.
    * Video files that hadn't worked previously may work now.
    * New buffering system implemented for when buffering is low, if cache becomes low, it will pause and re-buffer to fill cache-min value, to prevent possible hangs with bad connections. You can see the cache by pressing 1 twice on the wiimote, when cache drops to 3% then it will pause.
    * Shoutcast TV is complete with caching, thanx to Extrems, Review menu.conf.
    * If IOS202 is installed via the Installer then DVDx is not required for DVD Access. 

New cIOS Installer

    * MPlayerCE will now detect the presence of IOS202 to decide to use DVDx or not, so people that install the cIOS202 don't need to install DVDx to use the DVD functions. Default DVDx install can be used if you install IOS202 now. The new installer is for Homebrew USB2 only, this will install IOS202 using base IOS60 automatically as IOS60 has improvements in wifi. Now you can select the IOS to use to do the installation, so you can select a IOS with the fake sign bug. (The reason for DVDx not having to be installed if IOS202 is installed on the wii, is that there is a patch in IOS202 that doesn't require DVDx, and can access DVD without it). The cIOS is needed for MPlayerCE to use the USB2 driver. For more details read the README that is part of the package.

Các bác cho em hỏi, có bác nào xem phụ đề cho film .avi được không? Em dùng file srt nhưng không thấy mplayer hiện phụ đề gì cả.....

ko hiểu phải định dạng thẻ nhớ kiểu nào thì nó mới nhận nhỉ. Tư nhiên hôm nay format lại thành FAT thì lúc chạy nó ko nhận ra gì nữa. Chỉ lên cái background, ko hiện chư, Có ai biết cách khắc phục ko >.<!

Mình cũng tìm mãi chức năng này mà không ra. Bạn dùng mPlayer wii xem. Đây là bản patch của agentx để chạy một loạt nè

đổi file *.dol thành boot.dol và bỏ cả 2 file vào /apps/mplayerwii/ nhá.

Cái MplayerCE thấy bảo là kết hợp mplayer wii và geexbox. mih` thấy cái này chán hơn cả gxbox và mplayer wii. hai cái kia chạy cả thư muc liên tục đc, chạy video không giật trong khi cái CE chạy video giật, hình xấu, nghe nhạc khi chỉnh gì đó giật và đứng khá lâu, nghe hết 1 bài, đáng ra chuyển bài nó lại đơ luôn ( đơ hẳn ) phải tắt máy !

MPlayer CE thực ra theo anh chạy tốt hơn đó em :| Mặc dù phải cài thêm vài file để nó chuyển cổng USB Wii thành 2.0. M Player CE thì có giao diện đàng hoàng mà.

MPlayer CE trước khi coi file film nó Analyzing Stream nguyên file thì sau đó mới đọc. Sau khi chuyển cổng USB thành 2.0 thì tốc độ tăng rõ rệt. Nhưng Wii không đọc nổi clip full HD nhá :| HD Ready thì được.

Với lại không ai nghe nhạc bằng Wii nhiều cả. TEst chơi thôi. NGhe thế vừa tốn tiền, mà chất lượng cũng không cao :-"

Nếu mún xem HD ready không giật phải xem phim không nén. Bj h toàn mkv nén 2 lần, chạy giật lắm. Nghe = wii tốt đấy chứ, nghe hay đằng khác. Giao diện thì Geexbox cũng có. Vả lại chạy nhạc lỗi :((

Bây giờ mún xem phim HD thì cắm laptop vào LCD coi luôn. Chứ không có máy chơi game nào coi được hoàn hảo cả :| Trừ PS3 ;))

cho mình hỏi có cach nào phóng to subtitle lên ko, trong laptop thì đoc đc chứ xài soft này lên TV xem nó bé tẹo, mình lại bị cận thị nữa :((

Ko biết no xem đc file sub định dạng nào khác ngoài srt ko nữa :(

cho mình hỏi sao cài cái file wad này. mìn tải wad-manager v1.5 vào chọn SD mà trong đó no kg tìm thấy cái file wad forwarder này.
mà cái này cài vào có công dụng gì? Mplayer ngoài luôn kg phải vô HBC hả

phải để trong folder WAD ở root sd.Cái này dùng để dẫn tới mở file dol mplayer mà không cần vaò HBC nhưng vẫn phải có folder Mplayer trong Apps

Channel forwarder mục đích là để boot vào file boot.dol trong thẻ nhớ của bạn. Tức là khỏi phải cài lại channel mới khi Mplayer update version mới.

mình gặp trục trặc như sau: khi load phim thì nhấn nút B,home hay quit thì bị stack dump,code dump,reload in 8 seconds. Trường hợp nay là sao?có cách khắc phục nào không?
Máy mình 4.0U, Mplayer v0.76
