I already have a book with hira + kana so basically i can read them (regconize, to be exact), but after that im lost =_=

I can speak some easy sentence,and yeah,hearing is pretty good,I watch anime anw .

Actually it's really easy to type japanse on PC...I use the jap keyboard constanly.
